The Tutoring Provider Selection Criteria Tool can assist districts/Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and State Educational Agencies (SEAs) with crafting a request for proposal (RFP) or application for providers of high-impact tutoring. The tool provides example language that aligns with high-impact tutoring standards.
The tool has four sections:
- Section 1 provides planning and logistics guidance as well as a checklist of items to consider for your RFP.
- Section 2 provides best practices for tutoring that can be used as a starting point for detailing a scope of work for your RFP.
- Section 3 provides priority and optional submission requirements and evaluation criteria recommendations.
- Section 4 provides an RFP Template and examples of RFPs and applications.
